It’s the newest generation of radio frequency microneedling, and The Vivace is FDA-cleared for your safety. This minimally-invasive treatment stimulates the natural production of collagen and is shown to be effective in alleviating facial wrinkles, fine lines, and tightening and toning the face, neck, hands, and body.
The entire appointment takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. The actual treatment takes about 45 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes total needed for numbing before and soothing mask after treatment.
The amount of treatments needed is patient specific. Majority of patients find 3-6 treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, provide the best possible results. We will discuss your specific treatment plan during your consultation.

Most people feel only mild discomfort during treatment. Our compounded numbing cream is applied 20 minutes prior to the treatment to ensure a more tolerable patient experience throughout the treatment. With a numbed face, the treatment feels like little more than light pressure to the face, with an occasional, light sparking feeling. Certain areas can be more sensitive than others such as along the jaw line. Your Infinity service provider will work with you to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment.
The Vivace treatment has minimal to no down time. At Infinity Medspa+Wellness, we administer all Vivace treatments using Vivace’s proprietary cooling mask to take heat out of the skin as well as advanced booster serum that will minimize redness and create faster recovery. A few hours after treatment, our clients are usually ready for a night out, with very little to no indication of any treatment that day. We also recommend you wait 24-48 hours to work out following treatment and avoid sun exposure without SPF.
The results are immediate and also improve over time, giving you the best of both worlds.
