CANCELLATION POLICY:
YOUR APPOINTMENTS ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM AT INFINITY MEDSPA+WELLNESS. TIME ALLOCATED FOR AN APPOINTMENT IS RESERVED ESPECIALLY FOR YOU. WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENTS ARE NECESSARY; THEREFORE, WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE FOR ADJUSTMENTS TO YOUR APPOINTMENTS AND FOR CANCELLATIONS. ALL OUR POLICIES ARE DESIGNED TO BENEFIT OUR GUESTS AND TO PROVIDE THE BEST QUALITY AND TRADITION OF EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR OUR ESTABLISHED AND FUTURE CLIENTELE.
WE ASK THAT ALL NEW AND CURRENT CLIENTS PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD TO HAVE ON FILE. ALL CARDS ON FILE ARE ADDED TO THE SYSTEM VIA A SECURE ELECTRONIC PROCESS THAT ENSURES THE INFORMATION IS ENCRYPTED AND REMAINS SECURE. IN THE EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE REQUIRED NOTICE FOR ADJUSTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS THE FOLLOWING FEES WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CARD OR ALTERNATIVELY BILLED OUT TO YOU:

-INJECTABLES (30 MIN APT): $100
INCLUDES: BOTOX, DYSPORT, INJECTABLE CONSULTATIONS & FILLER FOLLOW UP
-INJECTABLES (1 HOUR APT): $150
INCLUDES: FILLER, KYBELLA
-INJECTABLES (1.5+ HOURS APT): $250
INCLUDES: PRP, BOTOX+FILLER APPOINTMENT (SCHEDULED FOR ONE APPOINTMENT)
Coolsculpting Appointments:
-COOLSCULPTING (2+ HOURS APT): $500 DEPOSIT
ALL COOLSCULPTING APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $500 DEPOSIT. IN THE EVENT OF A NO-SHOW OR NOTIFICATION GIVEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE APPOINTMENT, PATIENT WILL LOSE $500 DEPOSIT. THAT DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR APPLIED TOWARD FUTURE TREATMENT.
If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value. Appointments missed by 10 minutes or more will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Exceptions include: Medical Emergencies, Contagious Sickness, etc. Please respect our service providers & other clients by staying home if you are sick. You will not be penalized for this.
REFUND POLICY:
PRODUCTS -
At Infinity MedSpa and Wellness, all product sales are final. However, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for in-store product credit within 7 days,
SERVICES -
At Infinity MedSpa and Wellness we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits and risks associated with each treatment. We offer individual treatment as well as discounted treatment package options so each client may choose the approach that is best suited for their needs and budget.
Once services are purchased they will not be refunded, however, to ensure our clients always receive the greatest experience at Infinity MedSpa and Wellness, unused service values (credit equivalent to the remaining amount of a treatment package) can be applied to any other service at Infinity MedSpa.
All injectable treatment sales (such as, but not limited to Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers) are final;' refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed.
